We want to make sure you love our digital products, and quality is guaranteed. Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, we do not accept general returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind. Please make sure you read all item descriptions, compatibility details, and file information carefully before making a purchase.
If there is a genuine technical error or a file is faulty, we are happy to help fix it. Please read below for more details:
Cancellations & Refunds
Digital Products Policy All digital products (including Minecraft world files/schematics, neurodivergent guides, PDFs, and audiobooks) are final sale and non-refundable once purchased, as they cannot be "returned."
However, if a file is genuinely corrupted, faulty, or will not load for you, we will absolutely find a resolution or provide a working replacement file. To help us troubleshoot and verify the issue, please follow these steps:
Take a clear screenshot on your PC/device showing the specific error or the faulty build/guide failing to load.
Email your screenshot and order number to us at hello.foxdenstudio@gmail.com.
Once verified, we will work quickly to send you a functional version of the file!
Donations and Tips Policy Please note that all donations and tips are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for a donation or tip, it cannot be reversed.
Locked Messages Policy Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have any technical issues accessing or viewing the locked message after payment, please contact us at hello.foxdenstudio@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem for you.
Processing Times for Approved Refunds
In the rare event that a refund is issued for a faulty digital product:
PayPal: Refunds will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept local payment methods.
